💼 Position: Junior System Support Specialist
Location: Motijheel, Dhaka

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware, servers, storage, and related solutions.
2. Support senior engineers in deploying and maintaining enterprise IT solutions at customer locations.
3. Provide basic technical support for Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, HP-UX, and Unix-based operating systems.
4. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, OS, storage, and connectivity issues.
5. Provide on-site and remote technical support under senior engineers.
6. Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand and resolve technical issues.
7. Coordinate with senior engineers, internal teams, and overseas technology partners when required.
8. Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, service activities, and solutions.
9. Ensure timely response and quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
10. Continuously develop knowledge of enterprise products, technologies, and IT infrastructure.
11. Be willing to travel to customer locations across the country when required.
12. Perform other technical responsibilities assigned by management.
